Provides requirements for the selection, application and coordination of colors, materials and finishes across USP facilities. The standards support a consistent campus identity while promoting durability, safety, sustainability and ease of maintenance. Based on the DSG's focus on aesthetics, lifecycle performance, maintenance, lighting reflectance and material suitability.

• Establish a cohesive and recognisable visual identity across USP campuses.

• Select durable, low-maintenance materials suited to tropical campus environments.

• Use colours and finishes that enhance user comfort, safety and accessibility.

• Support effective lighting performance through appropriate surface reflectance and finish selection.

• Prioritise sustainable materials with strong lifecycle performance and responsible sourcing.

• Ensure colours and finishes complement the surrounding architecture, landscape and campus context.
